What You’ll Do

As our Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with your high standards. Here's how you’ll make your mark:

• Lead with Purpose: Manage every phase of construction projects—from planning to closing—keeping everything on time, on budget, and on point.
• Be the Connector: Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and transparent communication.
• Own the Details: Use your expertise in software tools like autoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, and Kahua.
• Stay Hands-On: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with blueprints and contracts.
• Inspire Confidence: Provide clear updates and reports to stakeholders, showcasing your organizational and time management skills.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proven leader who combines technical expertise with strong communication and organizational skills:

• Experience That Matters:
• 5+ years as a General Construction Project Manager.
• 3+ years working on NYS public projects (SCA experience preferred).
• Certifications & Skills:
• OSHA 40 certification.
• Proficiency in design, construction, and management software: autoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, and Kahua.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints like a pro.
• Ability to do estimating and take-offs.
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
