Salary: $130,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details
- Provide sophisticated estate, tax, and asset preservation planning for high-net-worth individuals (Avg $20M), business owners, executives, and multi-national clients
- Draft and review complex wills, trusts, GRATs, GRIPs, private annuities, dynasty trusts, charitable trusts, and family partnerships
- Advise on business succession planning, state domicile and residency issues, and charitable organizations and affiliates
- Handle estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and audits
- Oversee estate administration and post-mortem planning strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues, ACTEC Fellows, and national leaders in the field to deliver cutting-edge estate planning solutions
Looking For:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in New York
- Minimum 3 years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates Planning experience
- Experience with wills, trusts, GRATs, charitable trusts, family partnerships, and estate administration
- General experience with business entities is preferred
