Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available serving K-12 students in a school setting within the Western Region of New York. This contract role focuses on supporting PreK and elementary caseloads in Hornell and Bath school districts. The position requires onsite work and offers a professional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in PreK through elementary grades
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active New York State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities) certification
  • Experience working with diverse student populations in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
