Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, organized, and hands-on Property Maintenance Coordinator to lead the upkeep and development of our farm. This role is ideal for someone with strong farm infrastructure experience who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and beautiful. The coordinator will manage daily maintenance operations, oversee small-scale projects, interface with third-party contractors, and support the overall functionality of our property with an emphasis on long-term care and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Maintenance & Repairs

Oversee repairs, construction, and infrastructure maintenance including fencing, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment upkeep. Coordinate routine upkeep to ensure grounds, barns, kennels, paddocks, and staff areas are safe, clean, and operational.

Project Planning & Contractor Oversight

Lead small to mid-sized construction and renovation projects. Source and supervise third-party contractors, obtain estimates, and ensure work is completed to standard, on schedule, and within budget.

Safety & Risk Management

Conduct daily job briefings (tailboards) and maintain adherence to OSHA-aligned safety practices. Identify hazards proactively and respond to issues to ensure a safe work environment for people and animals alike.
