About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Customer Service Concierge. The Concierge is the face of our communities, bringing people together and connecting people to their apartment homes. By exemplifying professionalism and superior customer service skills, the Concierge provides each person who walks into the community with a sense of Fairfield Properties’ brand promise of Excellence and Service. The Concierge plays a vital role in helping the company establish customer loyalty, leading to resident engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge all residents when they enter the building.
- Promote meaningful relationships through engaging in informed conversation with residents via face-to-face interaction, phone, and email.
- Respond to resident questions, concerns, and requests in a professional, calm, courteous, and timely manner, and take appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
- Continuously identify ways to improve the resident experience by bringing perspective on resident’s needs.
- Provide uncompromising customer service in a fast paced, structured environment.
- Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant environment.
- Project an approachable and professional image always, with adherence to company’s dress code policy.
- Assist with leasing and renewals as needed.
- Log in and secure all packages, deliveries, and other appropriate items at the designated area.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of operating within a customer service environment providing services to the highest standard.
- Luxury hotel, hospitality, travel industry, or residential or corporate concierge or customer service experience is an asset.
- Some work may require physical activities such as lifting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must be flexible to work any schedule and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
