Now Hiring: Production Control Clerk | Full-Time | Starting at $16/hour
Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with potential for weekend and overtime hours)
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to play a key role in a fast-paced production environment? We are seeking a Production Control Clerk who thrives under pressure, values accuracy, and is committed to supporting smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume production printers for client notices, checks, and financial documents
- Prepare printed materials for mailing, utilizing both automated and manual processes
- Upload and monitor daily electronic financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records for production, services, and billing using digital and manual systems
- Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse documentation storage
- Receive deliveries and coordinate pickups with approved vendors
- Support general facility and department operations as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Physical stamina to walk, stand, bend, and stretch for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays as needed
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high accuracy
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
