More than just retail, we are a community-driven concept space, supporting emerging Korean brands in their U.S. expansion through immersive cultural experiences.Alongside our strong focus on K-Brands, we also proudly carry over 40 global designer labels, including JW Anderson, Marni, Coperni, and more, curating a unique mix of emerging and established names.In September 2025, we will host a 10-day K-Beauty Forum at our Brooklyn flagship as a Seoul City–designated partner, welcoming influencers, celebrities, and local consumers.   • Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
  • Type: Full-time
  • Location: 50 Berry St, Brooklyn, NY 11249
  • Schedule: 5 days/week (include weekends), flexible shifts
  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000/Year
  • Visa Sponsorship: Possible, based on performance

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

  • Manage daily opening/closing, cleanliness, and in-store environment
  • Oversee inventory control and visual merchandising
  • Gather customer feedback and propose improvements

Team Management

  • Create weekly schedules and manage staff performance
  • Train and onboard new hires
  • Maintain clear communication with HQ operations team

Customer Experience

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries (in-store & email)
  • Support VIP client services and resolve escalated issues
  • Assist with sales events, pop-ups, exhibitions, concerts, and in-store cultural experiences

Fulfillment & Online Integration

  • Ensure accurate inventory sync between online/offline
  • Coordinate pickups and shipping with logistics team
  • Collaborate with Fulfillment Coordinator for smooth order flow

RequirementsMust-Have

  • Bilingual: English & Korean (spoken and written)
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and team-focused
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Preferred

  • 2+ years in retail management or supervisory role (fashion retail a plus)
  • Experience with Shopify, POS, or inventory systems
  • Visual merchandising or pop-up curation experience
  • Familiarity with retail analytics and operational improvement
