Job Title: Machinist 1st Shift (Arcade, NY)
Location: Arcade, NY 14009 (On Site)
Pay Range: $24 – 30/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)
Duration: Full Time Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am - 3:30pm with some flexibility
Job Description:
The self-motivated candidate performs machine work on CNC Milling, Drilling, Boring Machines and/or CNC lathes.
Must be able to set machine up and run proficiently upon completed training.
Be able to edit new and existing programs as needed and actively contribute to quality initiatives to increase productivity and gain efficiencies.
Candidate must be able to read blue prints, micrometer, calipers and other standard measuring equipment. Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work overtime.
education and/or experience:
Minimum of two-year related trade school training and three to five years of job-related experience.
Must be physically capable of occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
Salary and Benefits

$24-$30 hour depending on experience.
Performance evaluations are completed every 90 days and eligible for a pay increase based on performance at 90, 180, 270.
