Immigration Partner
Position Overview
The Immigration Partner will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support to clients navigating the complexities of immigration processes. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in immigration law and a passion for helping individuals and businesses achieve their immigration goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice and legal support on immigration matters for individuals and businesses.
- Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored immigration strategies.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies and communicate relevant information to clients.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and organizations to enhance service delivery for clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor
- Strong client portfolio is a plus!
- 8+ years of experience in immigration law, particularly with petitions and business immigration.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of immigration processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
