Job Description
The Product Assembly and QC Technician at Axio Vet Sciences is responsible for the assembly of products while maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety protocols and meeting production deadlines. This position also will execute quality control checks on final assembled products as needed.
Essential Duties include but not limited to:
· Assembly of components to produce a finished product.
· Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all company protocols and safety procedures
· Troubleshoot assembly issue and report any major defect to supervisor.
· Monitor and replenish inventory of necessary assembly materials and parts. Advise on low inventory or missing components.
· Learn and assist in Monitor Service and Repair.
· Assist in packing and shipping completed products.
· Assist in keeping the inventory neat and organized in the warehouse.
Requirements:
· Understanding of ESD requirements a plus but not essential.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Microsoft Outlook.
· Familiarity with Inventory Management systems and common ERP software.
· Understanding of basic electrical assembly.
Competencies and abilities necessary for success in this role:

· Use of assembly tools such as mechanical drills, screw drivers.
· Use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
· Able to work independently and in a team.
· Lift up to 60LBS safely without injury to oneself.
· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
· Attention to details and accuracy in work.
· Be open and approachable in work related matters.
· Positive attitude and good work ethic.
