About the Role: COTA-Peds

Royal Care is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) with pediatric experience to support families across Queens and Nassau. This is a fee-for-service role designed for flexible, community-based pediatric care.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct therapy under the supervision of an OT for pediatric (Peds) patients
Perform evaluations, implement treatment plans, and set patient-specific goals
Document progress and communicate clearly with families and care teams
Coordinate services and address caseload needs in a timely manner
Maintain open communication with supervising OT regarding client care

Requirements

Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license
Minimum 1 year of experience with Peds and OPWDD populations
Must have reliable transportation for home visits
Strong organizational and communication skills

Position Details

Pay: $50 per visit
