For our client, a leading company in the USA, we are looking for a Occupational Therapist
Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experience
Location: United States- Multiple Locations (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Virginia, Carolina, Georgia, Ohio, Massachusetts)
Your responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Design and implement treatment programs to help patients improve daily living and working skills.
- Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive tools to support recovery and enhance independence.
- Educate patients and families on home care plans, safety, and adaptive strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing patient evaluation and goals.
- Provide support across various settings including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and homes.
Your qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MSOT, OTD).
- Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
- Proven experience in occupational therapy (at least 2–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and rehabilitation strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
