Job Posting: Part-Time Building Maintenance Worker (NYC)
Location: Multiple Properties Across NYC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour | 25 hours per week
Employment Type: Part-Time (W2)
Company Overview:
We are currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our field team. This is an on-site role serving a valued client, with regular travel to multiple properties on a set schedule.
Job Responsibilities:

Sweep and mop common hallways and floors

Clean entryways and curbside areas

Maintain cleanliness in trash bullpens

Wipe down entrance doors, stairwell railings, and common interior window sills (including above mailboxes)

Clean and maintain laundry rooms and washing machines

Prepare and bag trash and recyclables for evening pickup

Sort and place bulk items for designated bulk trash collection nights

Clock in, take daily photos/videos of completed tasks, and submit work logs using the CompanyCam app
Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess valid working papers to be hired on W2

Extremely reliable and punctual – dependability is non-negotiable

Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently

Must be comfortable using a smartphone for logging hours and submitting daily photo/video updates

CompanyCam app experience is a strong plus

Driver’s license recommended but not required
-
No travel reimbursement or benefits for part-time roles
Note: Failure to follow protocol (i.e., not submitting photo documentation) will result in no pay for that day.
