My name is Bill Stevens, and I have a three month plus Building Maintenance Support Associate opportunity available for a major firm located in Hudson Yards in Midtown, Manhattan that could be of interest to you, please review my specification below.

The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship.

This position pays $25.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis.

Responsibilities:
Performs day-to-day repair work on a variety of building physical structure.
Painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, cement work, heating, welding, roofing, and related work. Repairs structures; repairs and installs furniture and equipment; installs floor coverings, acoustical ceilings, and window glass; repairs roofs, floors, doors, locks, and related items.
Coordinate Conference room sets ups.
Experience: 1+ 2 Years

Education/Experience:
H.S. Diploma or GED or Armed forces experience
