Tech Valley Talent (TVT) has a great long-term role as a Project Manager
DURATION: 12 months with possible extension
LOCATION: Albany, NY– Remote

The Project Manager will provide active support for the Inflation Reduction Act Retail Point-of-Sale program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate degree, PMP certification, Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred
- Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Oracle PeopleSoft, Salesforce
- Experience managing or implementing or utility incentive programs
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, including report and dashboard building
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 7-10 years Exemplary project management skills with the ability to set priorities, develop and execute on a workplan, and an action-bias to deliver activity in the market
- Ability to translate complicated technical concepts into plain language that can be understood and actioned by internal staff and external stakeholders, including advocates and municipal officials
- A demonstrated track record of advancing innovative strategies and policies from concept to implementation; ideally interacting with regulatory bodies/agencies, including local governments
- Mission-driven individual who is motivated to solve the world’s biggest climate and environmental challenges
- Proven ability to drive significant strategic development and advancement paired with strong tactical and implementation abilities to see projects to the end
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, resourcefulness, adaptability, and instinct for surfacing value and pragmatic solutions
- Skill in managing multiple diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments and operating with speed, accuracy, and strong judgment
- Meticulous attention to detail; strong planning and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate needs of key stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with other teams.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes from independent documentation review and analysis, and identify actionable areas for improvement
- ResponsibilitiesDevelop and issue requests for data; manage workflows for timely intake
- Identify and implement solutions and tools to improve data quality
- Develop and execute processes and procedures that result in increased compliance for participating retailers and contractors, quality assurance, and remedial actions-Perform rigorous data analysis necessary to support effective program delivery
- Conduct data analyses required to improve program performance, increase impact, streamline customer and partner (retailers and contractors) interactions, reduce cycle times for proc, and manage risks associated with program delivery
- Effectively communicate findings, provide recommendations, and problem-solve with management and other relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Evolve and continuously adapt strategies to optimize impact and effectiveness based on results, market data and insights, evaluation, expertise, and critical thinking
- Collaborate with implementation contractors to ensure program deliverables and reporting are executed in a timely manner
- Participate in testing for ongoing system development
- Develop documentation for use by customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Quantify and document program activities and assess progress against established goals
- Model diligent attention to processes and champion process improvements
- Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Codes & Standards team
