\nWhat You'll Be Doing:
\nAs a Neuro Medicine ICU Registered Nurse, you’ll be at the forefront of caring for critically ill patients with neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injury, strokes, aneurysms, and status epilepticus. You’ll work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art 12-bed ICU, providing specialized care in an environment that values both patient safety and nursing expertise.
\n
\nYou’ll be responsible for providing high-level care to patients who require complex, intensive monitoring, and treatment. Your role will include:\n

    \n\t
  • Delivering compassionate care to critically ill neuro patients.\n\t
  • Collaborating with a dynamic medical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.\n\t
  • Using your critical thinking and nursing skills to monitor and respond to patients’ needs.\n

\nWhat We’re Looking For:
\nTo thrive in this role, you should have:\n\n

    \n\t
  • Active NY RN License (Required).\n\t
  • At least 2 years of ICU acute care experience with a focus on critical care.\n\t
  • A strong ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and stay up-to-date with the latest in critical care.\n\t
  • Experience with telemetry and monitoring equipment.\n

\nRequired Certifications:\n\n

    \n\t
  • BLS (American Heart Association)\n\t
  • ACLS (American Heart Association)\n\t
  • Telemetry Experience\n

\nAdditional Details:\n\n

    \n\t
  • Work Schedule: Blocked Weekend Nights, Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs.\n\t
  • Competitive Pay Package: Based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).\n
