Our client, a boutique plaintiffs securities litigation firm, is seeking a mid-level or senior attorney to join its Midtown Manhattan office as an Associate or Counsel. This is an in-person role offering a unique opportunity to join a growing firm focused on shareholder derivative litigation in federal and state courts nationwide. Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience at a plaintiffs securities firm, Big Law, or in complex litigation is highly desirable
