Job Description

This role supports general laboratory operations, sample-related activities, and routine monitoring tasks in a regulated environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Verify and document sample submissions to Quality Control (QC) in compliance with GMP standards.
• Handle, store, and organize samples to maintain integrity and traceability.
• Deliver samples to QC laboratories for testing as required.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in cleanrooms and process areas to support contamination control.
• Perform sampling of high-purity water, clean steam, and compressed gas systems.
• Monitor and record temperature, environmental, and CO₂ conditions in storage and lab areas.
• Use a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for sample tracking and test result documentation.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies, media, and reagents; restock as needed.
• Perform lab support tasks, including cleaning controlled temperature units and operating autoclaves.
• Assist with equipment maintenance coordination, and calibration scheduling.
• Interact professionally with external customers and internal functional teams.
• Participate in overtime, weekend, holiday, and on-call rotations as required.
• Support training and onboarding of new lab personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
• Basic understanding of laboratory practices and safety procedures
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and contamination control
• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and wearing appropriate PPE
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Details:

This role offers multiple shift options, including:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 12:30 PM–11:00 PM
• Wednesday–Saturday: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 12:30 PM–11:00 PM

Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
