Job DescriptionClinic Director Responsibilities

As Clinic Director, you agree to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities to

ensure the successful operation of the clinic and alignment with the company’s

standards and values:

1. Leadership Team Management

○ Supervise, mentor, and support a team of physical therapists and clinic

staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

○ Set a professional example in clinical excellence, punctuality,

documentation standards, and overall conduct.

○ Address staff performance issues, including but not limited to tardiness,

lack of accountability, and clinical concerns, in a timely and effective

manner.

○ Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and

professional development opportunities for clinical team members.

2. Clinic Operations

○ Manage day-to-day clinic operations with a focus on efficiency,

compliance, and high patient satisfaction.

○ Take full ownership of resolving operational challenges and any

ongoing issues affecting staff or patient care.

○ Ensure timely, complete, and accurate clinical documentation in

accordance with company standards and payer requirements.

○ Maintain open and effective communication with the billing department

to resolve documentation discrepancies, claim issues, and

reimbursement delays.

3. Community Engagement Business Development

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with local physicians, referral

sources, and community organizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Clinical Director: 1 year (Required)
• Operations management: 1 year (Required)
• Physical therapy: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)

Ability to Commute:
