We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented wallpaper installer to assist with a multi-room project in Manhattan during the last week of May. This job involves installing vinyl, paperweave, grasscloth, and mural-style wallcoverings in a high-end residential setting.

Job Details:

• Duration: 3–4 days

• Location: Upper East Side, Manhattan

• Surfaces:

  • 2 full room wraps (vinyl), one small powder room and one medium foyer

  • 4 accent walls (grasscloth, mural, paperweave, vinyl)

• Walls will be primed in advance by GC

• Materials will be on site and acclimated

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of wallpaper installation experience

• Comfortable working with specialty materials (grasscloth, murals, paperweave)

• Must bring own tools (smoothers, blades, straight edges, pasting table, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail—clean lines, precise pattern matching, and no bubbling

• Respect for client space: clean, courteous, and tidy work habits

• Excellent customer service and communication skills—must represent the team professionally in a high-end home

• Ability to collaborate with lead installer and adapt on the fly

Pay: Negotiable depending on experience
