Our client is currently seeking an LCSW Clinic Supervisor to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct supervision to a team of clinical therapists.
- Perform therapy and provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Perform staff trainings and supervision to enhance clinical performance.
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to ensure program growth.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in social work is required.
- Must have LCSW licensure in the State of New York or LCSW, or LCSW-R, or LMHC-D.
- 5+ years of clinical experience is required.
- Must have 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have effective leadership skills.
