HVAC Tech requirements:
- Troubleshooting, maintenance and to do installations
- Have experience with different type of HVAC systems and brands (rooftops, splits, heat pumps, mini splits, VRF, ERV, Trane, Carrier, York, Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, AAON, etc.
- Have leadership like qualities and can work in a team, able to run jobs and make calculated decisions on their own to solve issues.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner and to the skill level expected of an experienced Technician.
- Must have valid driving license and clean driving record
- Must have Good communication skills
- Must be responsible for ones work.
- Know how to hang duct and fabricate on site if needed.
- Be able to easily lift up to 50-60 pounds, carry ladders, tools, work in small crawl spaces and attics.
- Available Overtime -- nights and weekends.
- Must have universal certification, be self motivated, takes pride in their work, excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
