Job Summary
We are hiring Manufacturing Technician II to support medical device repair, assembly, and production operations in a temperature- and humidity-controlled manufacturing environment. This role involves working with small components, hand tools, and following detailed work instructions to ensure high-quality, FDA-compliant products.
Key Responsibilities
· Follow documented procedures to repair, assemble, and restore medical devices to original specifications
· Troubleshoot and work on various pump and device components
· Perform limited technical tasks related to repair, production, and restocking
· Use small hand tools for assembly and disassembly
· Accurately complete production and quality documentation
· Perform visual inspections to identify defects, particulate matter, or foreign materials
· Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment
· Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
· High School Diploma or GED
· Ability to identify small electronic components using markings
· Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment
· Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions
· Basic computer skills and accurate data entry ability
· Strong attention to detail and quality
· Ability to perform basic math calculations
· Ability to read and write English proficiently
· Positive attitude, good judgment, and willingness to learn
· Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced production environment
