Established Property Management firm in Far Rockaway Queens near the beach is looking for 3 long term Leasing Assistants who have LIHTC Compliance experience and section 8 tenant recertifications. Certificate in LIHTC is a big plus! You will be reporting to a Property Manager. The temp assignments will be 10 plus . The temp rate is 21 to 25 based on experience.
