Job Details:
We are seeking Insurance Defense Attorneys to join our offices in Manhattan & Long Island. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical malpractice defense, general liability defense litigation, and personal injury defense litigation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar. . . New Jersey would be a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for insurance defense.
- Bonus Experience: general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, labor law, and construction defect.
- Bonus Experience: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
