Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and premature infants in the NICU.
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using EPIC charting system.
- Educate and support families regarding their infants care and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active and clear RN License.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a NICU RN.
- Certification in BLS, PALS, and NRP is required.
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
- Ability to wear any color scrubs as per dress code.
Schedule:
- 36 hours per week.
- 16-week contract duration.
