Reputable general practice law firm comprising approximately 100 attorneys in multiple locations seeks to hire an attorney with 5-20 years of counseling or transactional experience involving ESOPs (Employee Stock Ownership Plans) for business clients.

The firm's ESOP practice is very successful and growing which is the reason they seek to hire a new attorney for the group.

This can be a FULLY REMOTE POSITION so the firm welcomes candidates who wish to reside anywhere in the nation, with some preference for applicants located in the Northeastern US or in the states of North Carolina or California.
