Company: B&B Floor Coverings Full-Time Warehouse & Property Maintenance Position


We are a busy and fast-paced floor covering business seeking a reliable, full-time team member to join our warehouse and property maintenance department.

Position Overview:
This position is 32- 40-hour per week role that involves a combination of warehouse responsibilities and property maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Operate forklifts and gate lifts
• Load delivery trucks and transport materials to job sites
• Unload deliveries from suppliers
• Prepare materials for daily installer use
• Perform property maintenance including mowing, weed trimming, and snowplowing
• Building maintenance, painting, light carpentry, etc.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 70100 lbs repeatedly
• Valid drivers license (CDL not required)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be drug-free and dependable
• Experience with property maintenance equipment a plus
