We continue to grow and are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our management and senior team!
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complaints.
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
- Supervise and train property staff.
- Enforce properties' rules and regulations.
- Financial management, including delinquencies, late notices, evictions, and operating budgets.
- Follow established policies and procedures. Enforce the terms and conditions of all site-governing documents.
- Attendance to Board of Directors/Managers meetings.
- Handle record-keeping and reporting as directed.
- Secure bids and manage capital improvement projects.
- Complete routine inspections and resolve deficiencies.
- Secure estimates and schedule, track, record, and implement all maintenance and repairs.
- Vendor relations.
- Update resident records as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management.
- Ability to build rapport with residents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational, project management and analytical skills.
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, think critically and manage conflict.
- Written and verbal communication skills required; strong decision making ability, and attention to detail are crucial.
- Ability to read and understand financial reports.
- Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe products; Yardi or equivalent.
