Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to:
* Establish open lines of communication with individuals facing mental or emotional challenges
* Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provide psychotherapy/talk therapy sessions to support residents
* Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that cater to each patient's unique needs
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
* Provide social support therapy sessions to patients through weekly therapy sessions
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must:
* Hold a current license as a mental health professional with no associate or supervision restrictions
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality patient care

What We Offer:
* Flexible work schedule: self-determine your schedule between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday
* Competitive compensation: $400-$800 per day or more depending on your license and experience
* Benefits package: medical insurance, liability insurance reimbursement, travel expenses reimbursement, paid time off, and more
* Attractive sign-on bonus plus other stipends and bonus structures for select facilities
* IRA with 5% match after 12 months for full-time employees
