Key Responsibilities:
- Performs restoration work with a focus on precision, quality, and safety
- Ensures all tasks meet or exceed industry standards and NYS compliance regulations
- Communicates proactively with team members, clients, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
- Takes ownership of your work, identifying and resolving issues before they impact the client
- Continuously seeks ways to improve processes, skills, and the overall client experience
- Upholds the companys commitment to urgency, empathy, and integrity on every job
- Ensure ls each project contributes to restoring the property fully and exceeds client expectations

Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in restoration clean up (water, mold and fire damage) and eager to learn ( experience not required)
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Exceptional communication (listening, speaking and writing), analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated leadership skills and qualities
- Familiarity with a restoration, construction or insurance-related industry.
- Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Understanding of water, fire, mold, and/or structural restoration processes, preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation 24/7
- Ability to work flexible, longer hours during emergency situations
- Be part of a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and sometimes holidays
- Ability to repeatedly push/pull/lift/carry items
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
