Community Federal Savings Bank is a full-service payments, lending and banking provider that delivers global financial services through a personal approach. The Privacy Manager will lead and manage the bank’s privacy and data protection program, ensuring compliance with U.S. and state privacy regulations, including GLBA, CCPA, and other applicable laws. Reporting to the CISO, this role will work closely with IT, Compliance, and business teams to safeguard customer information, implement privacy best practices, and mitigate data risks as part of the bank’s enterprise risk management strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce the bank’s privacy policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state privacy regulations (GLBA, CCPA, etc.) and internal policies.
  • Conduct privacy risk assessments and privacy impact assessments for new products, services, or initiatives.
  • Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and business teams to integrate privacy considerations into daily operations and projects.
  • Respond to customer privacy inquiries, complaints, and data subject access requests.
  • Provide privacy awareness training and guidance to employees across the bank.
  • Support audits, regulatory examinations, and reporting related to privacy and data protection.
  • Maintain records of data processing activities and monitor privacy program effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of banking operations and enterprise risk management.
  • Ability to implement practical privacy solutions in a banking environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to protecting customer data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of U.S. privacy regulations (GLBA, CCPA, etc.) and privacy best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Privacy certifications (CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT) are preferred.

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.



Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 K / year


"Base salary range does not include performance-based bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience."
