Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to serve as a Physical Therapist covering a leave of absence at a K-12 school in Hamburg, NY. The assignment is a contract role running from February 23 to April 2, primarily supporting a K-5 building with some students at the middle school level. The typical caseload includes approximately 40 students per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to children in grades K-5 and some middle school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the school team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience working in school settings.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students weekly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with students across elementary and middle school age groups.

Hours of work are 7:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. during the contract period. This role focuses on supporting student needs during a leave of absence, providing continuity of care within the school environment.
