Job DescriptionSalary: 55000-75000

Range of pay is estimated because the commission is 70% of the pay. Base salary offered for training period and separate rate after training is completed. Low end salary is $55,000 including commission and average is $75,000 including commission. There is no cap on earnings; therefore, a Service Advisor can exceed these ranges based on sales skills.


Descriptive Summary

A Service Advisor is an entry level sales professional that speaks with clients and potential customers to help them learn about the Ziebart products and services. Their duties primarily include meeting with clients, explaining how the companys products or services function, and supplying training for the product or service to the customer.


Key Performance Indicators

Primary Job duties in this role:

  • Check-in customers for service.
  • Provide customer service on available services.
  • Follow up on sales leads.
  • Offer product and service information to prospective customers.

Core Functions


List the core functions of the position:

  • Performs check-in process for MTC and retail customers.
  • Establish and support healthy, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Input product and services sold into IBart.
  • Take incoming calls from customers.
  • Book retail appointment for all inquiring customers
  • Follow up with customer on vehicle status.
  • Call and follow up on sales leads given.
  • Conduct quality control inspection on customers' vehicles before picking up.
  • Give customer overview of services performed at pick up.
  • Maintain a professional work environment.

Education:

High school diploma

Work Experience:

  • 2+ years of Sales experience in a retail or service setting.
