Your schedule

• 4 -10 hour shifts (Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm)
• Overtime availability required as needed (Friday and/or Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm shift)

What you’ll do

• Read and follow drawings and job instructions to assemble to spec.
• Perform quality checks and testing to ensure reliable performance.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit deadlines and production targets.

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; bonus points for technical training.
• Manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, quality-first mindset.
• Basic mechanical ability and familiarity with production equipment.
• Clear communication and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
• Mechanical Assembly Skills proficiency.
