Job DescriptionSiemens Healthineers is currently seeking candidates for X-ray Technologist positions that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Boston, MA. This is a travel healthcare contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details

  • Location: Boston, Massachusetts
  • Modality: Pediatric X-Ray
  • Equipment: GE and Philips
  • Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday 06:30 PM - 07:00 AM
    • 36-hour work week
    • No call
  • Role: Work in a level I pediatric trauma hospital. Experience with pediatric patients in general and OR setting is required.
  • Pay: $2,800 weekly gross (eligible for benefits)
    • Pay may differ due to seasonal housing rates in Boston

Requirements:

  • Active ARRT(R) certification
  • MA State License (in hand)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience within modality

About Your Role: As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you will deliver high-quality diagnostic radiographic services in a variety of clinical settings. You'll work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure clear imaging, patient safety, and compassionate care throughout each procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general diagnostic X-ray exams according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  • Ensure proper patient positioning and technique to capture accurate, high-quality images.
  • Maintain a focus on patient comfort, safety, and dignity during all imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment.
  • Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, performing routine quality checks.
  • Comply with all radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows across different healthcare facilities.
