Location: Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Hopewell
SHIFT: Evening 3p to 11p OR Overnights 11p-7a.

SIGN ON BONUS: Up to $7,500

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our team at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Hopewell. In this position, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of healthcare personnel while ensuring the safety and comfort of residents. This role requires strong clinical decision-making, as well as expertise in administering medication, wound care, and other essential interventions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
  • Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Monitor vital signs and document patients' medical information.
  • Manage common geriatric syndromes such as cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal issues.
  • Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations.
  • Communicate with families regarding patient progress.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
