Job Title: CT Technologist
Location: New York, NY 10032
Duration: 9 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: Night Shift – 11:00 PM to 1:00 PM (14-hour shift, includes 60-minute break)
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Sun–Tues & Thurs–Sat rotation)
Pay Rate: $64 – $68 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 9-week contract assignment at a leading academic medical center in New York City. This is a critical need role within a high-volume CT imaging department. The position requires night shift coverage, including holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment

• Operate advanced CT scanners (experience with high-end systems preferred)

• Administer contrast media in accordance with New York State regulations

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and imaging quality standards

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to departmental protocols

• Follow infection control and facility safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program

• Active New York State Radiography License

• NYS Certification to inject contrast media

• ARRT Certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)

• Minimum 1 year of diagnostic imaging experience

• Maintain continuing education credits per ARRT requirements

• COVID-19 Vaccination – Required

• Flu Vaccination – Required
