Job Description:&nbsp;
As an LPN on our team as the Isabella Center for Rehabilitation &amp; Nursing Care, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care to resident/patients in our long-term care facility under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinator and/or RN.
Qualifications

<li>Certificate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program</li>
<li>NYS LPN license required</li>
<li>Good clinical patient care skills</li>
<li>Valid BCLS</li>
