⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate patient scheduling across multiple locations, ensuring provider efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional patient service.
- Lead and support day-to-day front office operations, including check-in/check-out, documentation review, and workflow optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries—providing clear, empathetic, and professional communication regarding appointments, treatments, and financial policies.
- Collaborate closely with providers, treatment coordinators, and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Train, mentor, and guide junior front office staff, fostering a strong team culture built on professionalism and outstanding service
- Implement and optimize scheduling strategies to maximize provider productivity while reducing patient wait times.

- 3+ years of experience in dental reception, front office administration, or a senior administrative role.
- Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or similar systems.
- Strong leadership ability, with experience training, mentoring, or overseeing front office staff.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with confidence managing high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-centered approach.
