You will fi nd our labels and products being used in hospitals, laboratories, and pharmacies nationwide. A Brief Overview
We are looking for a candidate that has at least 2 years experience working with flexographic presses. If you do not meet this requirement, please see our entry level job posting.
Our ideal candidate understands the entire production process from pre-press to finishing and is able to work independently on multi-color jobs with confidence. We have a 90 day probationary period in which the candidate must show they can work with minimal intervention and produce excellent print quality.
Key Responsibilities
● Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses
● Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
● Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
● Maintain a clean and organized workspace
● Keep accurate production records and logs current in our system
● Follow safety standards and company procedures
● Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Education Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Forklift and/or scissor lift certification a plus
Skills and Abilities
It is assumed that the candidate has strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills. Computer literacy is a must as training includes learning our industry-specific software. For this specific
job posting, we require 2+ years experience in a previous flexographic pressman role. Role-specific skills and abilities are detailed below:
● Basic math and measurement skills
● Comprehensive knowledge of flexographic printing
● Ability to stand for long periods of time
● Lift and move up to 50lbs
