We’re growing our U.S. presence and are looking for a passionate leader to help drive service excellence in either New York.

About the Role

As a Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for a team of 5–17 Lifestyle Managers, ensuring they deliver personalized, high-touch support for our members. From day-to-day coaching to big-picture strategy, you’ll guide your team to success while maintaining a positive, motivated environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience leading service or sales teams and is ready to make a measurable impact in the luxury travel and concierge space.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Operational Leadership

  • Lead daily service operations, ensuring full coverage across shifts (weekends, evenings, holidays).
  • Maintain performance KPIs and ensure the team meets service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with IT and Finance to resolve team support issues efficiently.
  • Identify and implement changes that improve profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Team Coaching & Performance

  • Provide consistent coaching, 1:1s, and performance reviews (monthly + quarterly).
  • Monitor service quality by reviewing requests, emails, and calls.
  • Use QA data to deliver real-time feedback and improve outcomes.
  • Recognize individual successes and build team morale through appreciation and acknowledgment.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury concierge, travel services, or customer service leadership.

Skills & Attributes

  • Proven team management with a focus on performance and accountability.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to coach teams toward revenue goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Calm under pressure with strong decision-making skills.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clientele preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and organized with solid time management.
