JOB DESCRIPTION
- As a Sales & Design consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs in order to offer the best service while maximizing sales.
- Under the supervision of the store manager, the Sales & Design associate will be the brand ambassador of our brand: From greeting and presenting the collections, to closing orders and following up the purchase process with your clients.
- With the Assistance of our 3D Design Team, the ideal candidate will also offer our "interior Design" service and work directly on both large residential and commercial projects.
- The successful candidate will be driven to achieve sales in a high-end market and develop long-lasting relationship with its customer.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- The candidate has 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale sales environment in the furniture industry.
- You can engage with an upscale client base and converse easily. Building relationships and connecting with others is a passion.
- Our top performers are goal oriented and can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Attention to Details.
- High-end Attitude and presentation, Confident, Passionate, Pro-active, Creative, Team player, Ability to learn quickly.
- Mastering Chinese, Russian, Hebrew, Spanish or French is a plus.
- Interest in the Design Furniture & Art industry.
- Must have a US working visa.
- AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, 20/20 & Google Sketch up are a plus.
