Join Our Team as a Porter for Luxury Residential Buildings in Manhattan!
We're hiring dependable and detail-oriented Porters to help maintain some of Manhattan’s most prestigious residential properties. If you take pride in your work and have experience keeping large buildings spotless, we want to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience in large residential, commercial buildings or similar
- A flexible, open schedule — including availability for day, evening, and overnight shifts.
- A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for cleanliness and detail.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep common areas, hallways, restrooms, and offices clean and well-maintained.
- Perform floor care tasks like buffing, mopping, and waxing.
- Assist with light painting projects to keep properties looking sharp.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks safely and efficiently.
- Manage custodial supplies and report any shortages.
- Dispose of waste and recycling properly.
- Work closely with maintenance teams to support repairs or upgrades.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Shifts Available:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Work Locations Include:
Manhattan neighborhoods such as Tribeca, Upper East Side, Hudson Yards, Chelsea, Roosevelt Island, etc.
