Your Role as an Electro-Mechanical Automation Specialist:

Safety and innovation go hand in hand as you join our Automation Team. Here, you will:

• Lead safety initiatives and ensure a zero-harm culture.
• Use your experience to guide the Automation Team effectively.
• Manage automation equipment, plan resources, and oversee maintenance projects.
• Tackle automation challenges across various products and systems.
• Build and maintain client relationships, translating needs into actionable solutions.
• Enhance preventive maintenance for optimal system operation.
• Provide cost estimation and lead safety, upgrades, and innovation projects.
• Excel in using a CMMS for task management.

What You Bring to the Team:

• An engineering degree (4-year with 2-3 years experience, 2-year with 5 years experience, or 10+ years in industrial automation).
• Proficient in PLCs and control systems, with a preference for those experienced with Fanuc.
• High-level troubleshooting abilities and familiarity with technical documentation.
• Strong project management, vendor relations, and communication skills.
• Experience with CAD and CMMS systems.
• Technical proficiency in relevant programming and software (Fanuc robots, Karel, Rockwell Studios).
• Solid grounding in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
