Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Salary Range: $160,000 $190,000 base
About the Opportunity
Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and at least two years of litigation experience to join its Employment & Labor practice group in the New York office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow litigation experience while working collaboratively with partners in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What Youll Do
- Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility
- Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality written work
- Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience (required)
- Experience with ADA accessibility law (preferred)
- Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing
- Must be registered with the New York Federal Courts
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with sound judgment and accountability
- Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology in legal practice
