We are seeking a talented Structural Designer to join our dynamic team at Savin Engineers, P.C. In this role, you will be responsible for designing structural systems for a variety of projects while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life through innovative engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural designs and drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
• Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to design specifications.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project schedules.
• Participate in site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data for design purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with MicroStation and Civil 3D is a plus.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., Mathcad, FEA) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
