Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Special Education Teachers Needed | Full-Time Openings

Looking to make a meaningful impact this school year? Sunbelt Staffing is partnering withRockland County, New York, to hire multiple full-time Special Education Teachers for immediate and ongoing openings. These on-site positions support students across elementary and middle school grade levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Provide both 1:1 and small group instruction tailored to student needs

• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families

• Track student progress and adjust teaching methods based on data

Requirements:

• Valid New York State Special Education Teaching Certification

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
