As a Childcare Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead teachers and providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime and other activities
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Assist with diaper changes, bathroom breaks, and meal/snack times
- Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with young children preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education and childcare
