Adecco is recruiting for multiple Manufacturing & Machine Operator positions with a client in Kirkville, NY. These include both short-term temporary roles and long-term temp-to-hire positions, paying $16-19+/hour depending on experience. Multiple shifts available!
Available Positions Include:
Machine Operators - Operate CNC and other machines or other manufacturing equipment to produce precision parts. Basic machine knowledge or prior experience is a plus, but training is available for motivated candidates.
Quality Technician - Support the Quality and Production teams by controlling processes, solving problems, training personnel, and inspecting parts to ensure product quality and compliance with safety and productivity standards.
General Laborers - Assist in a variety of production tasks including material handling, cleanup, and support functions. Great entry-level opportunity!
Sorters/Packers - Sort, count, and package parts according to customer requirements. Ideal for individuals who are organized and enjoy hands-on work.
Assembly Workers - Assemble small to medium parts with attention to detail. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are key.
What You’ll Bring

A high school diploma or GED.

A strong desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing career.

Exposure to or interest in a factory or production environment.

Basic computer skills for data entry and printing routing cards.
Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your shift.

Able to bend, crouch, and reach to handle parts and machine components.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
